Two Girls and a Trailer
studio opened 2005

Paper. Textile. Found.
Designs that are handmande, most are one of a kind, some specially made and all have an element of the unexpected.

About
Two Girls and a Trailer was inspired by my dog, Cleo, and a silver trailer.

Cleo was a happy dog and wonderful travel companion.  Whether taking our daily walk on the city streets, trotting down the lake shore, running on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean, or a short drive to a friend's house she was always happy to be my calling card.

Airstreams are the cherry on the travel road.  I can't remember specifically the date I realized I must have one.  But, I do remember the stories I learned which made me realize it is part of my overall dream.

Two Girls and a Trailer's Creative Dream....

Began with the art exhibit of sculptures made of junk in my grade school library, exploring grandma's attic or mom's jewelry box, and discovering garage sales.  I have always appreciated good design and found objects, and the inspiration they provide.

My paper, textile and ceramic designs all contain at least one found object, fabric remnant or recycled item.

I hope my stationery, knitted and textile designs, cake plates, and designs to come bring a smile, you keep them as little art or help you connect more deeply with someone special.

Find  inspiration in travel, relationships, laughter, music and tenacity.
